Welcome to your Match Up Packet!
Homestay Weekend is just around the corner! On this page you will find pertinent information that will be helpful to keep in your back pocket should you need it Homestay Weekend. You will also receive a few paper versions of information at Match Up, such as an Emergency Contact Card, Campus Map and a Conversation sheet to guide you through your Match Up.
Where To Go
Sunday's at 4:00pm
What To Expect
There is parking on the right and left side of the Commons building. Once you arrive please enter through the center doors. You will be a given a number for a table to sit at and your students will be there waiting to meet you. We will start off with a few announcements, then at 4:30pm, families and their students can start going through the dinner line.
*If you are hosting more than one pair of students, you will be able to meet all your students at the same event.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off
We recommend picking up and dropping off your Host Daughters in front of their dorm.
Pick-Up:
Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm
Drop-Off:
Sunday before 10pm
Holiday Homestay Weekend times may very.
At Match Up, we have you fill out a form notifying us of the Pick-Up and Drop-Off times of your choosing. If an unexpected circumstance occurs and you must Pick Up or Drop Off your students at a different time than what you scheduled at Match Ups, please notify our Advisors at

Emergencies
You will be given an Emergency Card at Match Up, and emergency information is provided in your Match Up email.
